This game was made for the  Game Idea Jam 2024. The randomly generated prompt that was used was top-down shooter with sci-fi elements.

Gameplay Overview

The player controls a character on screen and shoots an alien gun. By moving through different rooms and defeating enemies, the player aims to escape the facility. Once the player escapes, the player has won!

The game as of now is in a prototype stage.

Introduction Cutscene

The MC is at the Corpo office at a desk with a slime attendant on the other side of the table.

Worker Slime - (slime sounds) “I see here that you didn’t pay for last month’s purchases.” 

MC - “...shit”

Worker Slime - (slime sounds) "We'll have you enslaved here until you've made back your money's worth."

MC - “...you will never catch me!” - starts to run

A security slime knocks him down with a taser gun

Worker Slime - (slime sounds) “Put him in the closet and lock it.”

Fades to black screen

The MC awakes in a broom closet

MC - “...”

MC - “...ouch, that hurt pretty bad!”

MC looks at their surroundings

MC - “A broom closet … those slimes underestimate my power, how dare they!”

~Sounds of pocket being searched~

MC - “...oh, of course they took my gun.”

MC - “But I have the ultimate weapon right here in this room…”

MC - “... THE GOO KILLER BROOM!”

MC - “Now the corpos will face my fury! MUAHAHAHA”

MC - “Let’s go baby!”

MC kicks the door open
